The Discover Primary Science & Maths Programme is part of Science Foundation Ireland]s Education and Public Engagement Programme, which aims to increase interest in science, technology, engineering and Mathematics (STEM) among pupils, teachers and members of the public. The pupils of Scoil Iosagáin took take part in this initiative. They conducted several experiments, investigations and showcases as part of the programme and achieved the SFI Discover Science and Maths Award.
